SPECIFIC ROLES

Organization (group)

Spencer Matheny: Will be the group leader/facilitator for the organization assignment. He will help with obtaining different organizations to work with and cover the introduction section on the paper. He will make sure everything and everyone is on task until the assignment is complete. At the end he will be the one to post the assignment on the group blog.

David Sarah: Will be looking for organizations to work with and how we can use them/how they can help us. He will cover the organizational structure and management features section of the paper.

Mike Burks: Will be looking for organizations to work with and how we can use them/how they can help us. He will cover the action section of the paper.

Group as a Whole: We will all collaborate on the reflection part of the paper and put all of our thoughts together.

Marketing (group)

Spencer Matheny / Mike Burks: Will help with the marketing in the field when it takes place. They will cover the marketing strategies and the budget plan sections for the paper. They will also collaborate and help put together the results section of the paper. 

Kelly Neal: The group leader/facilitator for the marketing assignment. He will help with the marketing in the field when it takes place. He will also cover the introduction section on the paper as well as the marketing strategies. He will also collaborate and help put together the results section. He will make sure everything and everyone is on task until the assignment is complete. At the end he will be the one to post the assignment on the group blog.

Group as a Whole: We will collaborate on the reflection part of the paper and put our thoughts together. As a group we will also all help to obtain posters, flyers, etc., for the marketing activities.

Workshop (group)

Spencer Matheny / Kelly Neal: Will help with all workshop activities when it takes place. They will cover the workshop plan and the budget and logistics section of the paper. They will also help with the results section.

Mike Burks: He will be the group leader/facilitator for the workshop assignment. He will help with all workshop activities when it takes place. He will also cover the introduction section on the paper as well as the workshop activities. He will also help with the results section. He will make sure everything and everyone is on task until the assignment is complete. At the end he will be the one to post the assignment on the group blog.

Final Report

Spencer Matheny: He will be the group leader/facilitator for the final report assignment. He will help with presenting the results to the class. For the paper, he will cover the summary section. He will make sure everything and everyone is on task until the assignment is complete. At the end he will be the one to post the assignment on the group blog.

Mike Burks: Will help with presenting the results to the class. He will also cover the demonstrations section on the paper.
